(Note: Must have a Windows based Operating System tablet for camera to work since its flash base or you can turn off image capture in site settings to turn off and just use signature, Also Chrome Browser now wants your application to have HTTPS so you will need a cert if you plan to run this as well on Google Chrome Browser.)
